Annual Charity Golf Outing
The Annual Charity Golf Outing is our biggest fundraising event of the year, bringing people together to support families impacted by substance use disorder. Held every June, this event honors the legacy of Leland Plew and Jarrod Polston, who both shared a deep love of golf.
Since 2015, this unforgettable day has been hosted at Dye’s Walk Country Club, where golfers of all skill levels come together to celebrate the joy of the game and the power of giving back. Whether you’re new to golf or a seasoned professional, we invite you to join us for a day of fun, food, games, and prizes!
The outing is more than just a beautiful day on the course—it’s about creating lasting change. It’s an opportunity to honor loved ones, celebrate community, and contribute to a future where every family has the support they need to heal and thrive.
