REMEMBRANCES

Chloe Jackson

Chloe had an amazing spirit and was beautiful inside and outside. If you were lucky enough to be loved by her then she loved you with all she had to give. I remember when she was born and I first looked into her eyes, her eyes were so unique that it seemed like her eyes were all knowing, like she had experienced something here before. I believed at that moment that she was destined to do great things. However, she did not get the opportunity in her short life. Chloe was one of the most intelligent people I ever knew. She was extremely inquisitive especially about topics that she didn’t understand, which also contributed to her being an avid reader.
She struggled with mental illness for many years. She lost her battle with addiction after weeks of sobriety when she was unknowingly given 100% pure fentanyl. She died on Mother’s Day 2020, and my mom heart will forever miss her. Her family and friends will forever miss her as well. She was truly loved.
