REMEMBRANCES

Cody, Forever Loved

My son Cody was a loving and kind soul. He would help anyone and even encouraged his friends to be better. He was a son, brother and now an uncle that my granddaughter will never know.

Cody loved animals and volunteered at the Indianapolis zoo. He knew work ethics and somehow managed to work.

He was trying so hard to fight the demon, heroin. He finally agreed to drug treatment and after 19 days in a facility he died. They left my son unattended for over 14 hours. Drug treatment centers need more rules and guidelines to even think they can run a place for people that need more care than they even know how to give.

Forever loved, Cody’s mom
