REMEMBRANCES

In Memory of Patrick Joseph Cady

11/23/92 to 12/21/16
24 years young.  Pat grew up in Indianapolis and was living in Venice, CA at a sober living facility. 6 months of staying clean. Again. Maybe this time it will work? Nope. Taken by the monster that is called heroin.

Pat loved the ocean. He loved to hang out with his grandpa and his brother watching military, western and action movies. Pat really loved politics and would debate you to the end! He was funny and always cracking a joke!  Free thinker and very opinionated!  Lover of anything military.  Brother.  Son.  Nephew. Cousin.

Heroin doesn’t care who you are and how much money you have.  It just bleeds your soul and leaves behind nothing.  Heroin isn’t just a back alley, dirty derelict who is hiding in the shadows kind of drug anymore. It is unfortunately today’s reality.

Much more information and potential life-saving methods need to be put out into the spotlight in order to try and save more souls. Can we ever stop something so viciously evil? I don’t know but we can try with all of our might.

We love you & miss you Pat!!
