In Memory of Sarah

My beautiful daughter Sarah Beth Pellegrin lost her battle with addiction on March, 29, 2018. She had fentanyl laced heroin, 85 times the lethal limit in her blood. She was sweet, giving, loving, kind and generous. She left behind 3 children and 3 brothers. She had the most beautiful smile and gighle that would light up your heart. We miss her so very much. I started S.A.R.A.H, Seeking Action Raising Awareness & Hope in our community to raise awareness to the awful epidemic plaquing our country.
